ONE Alice-agent substrate (brain · voice-SFU · realtime · persona · LLM-memory · #489-governance · Voxtral) powers every product. The trust/governance/EU wedge repeats across the line. #549 = the shared Gate-0 — one eu_only_mode+Voxtral-default lock makes Embed-text AND Copilot-voice «EU-sovereign» real.

Foundation-first sequence

Embed (#1 cash gate — AI front-desk worker) → Copilot (adjacent ~70% reuse, roadmap, NOT green-lit) ‖ streaming/persona (Live/World/Persona/Social — VTuber-flank, NOT romantic-companion) → Soul-Vault (vault/clone-lab/passport — gated crown, M1-M3). All dev (blal.de); honest now-vs-later-vs-gated.
