The decision (NAO, locked): ONE black-pink (sakura) brand for ALL products. Per-product accent colors (Amethyst / Azure / Emerald / Gold) are RETIRED. Product distinction = name + mark, not color.

Palette

  • Sakura-pink #fa6aa6 / #ff5594 on near-black. One accent.
  • Red #ef5b5b = errors / lore only.
  • Token architecture --accent / --on-accent stays (one theme, not per-product).

Two-world canon (Wonderland Facility)

  • Products = dark sakura (BLOOM) — the world behind the looking glass (the live brand).
  • Lab-site = clinical paper-WHITE (the Facility) — INVERSION of the products site; declassified-archive arthouse; gated on LIVE launch. (marketing/positioning/LAB-SITE-HANDOFF-FOR-TYCHO-2026-06-12.md.)
  • Front-matter canon: "OpenAlice Laboratories — Safety First. Science Second." + O.P.E.N. / A.L.I.C.E. backronyms.

Rails (hard)

  • Public faces = girls only (the products/robots); worker-agents = numbered shadows; NAO invisible.
  • No crypto/blockchain/tokens, ever. Honest claims only. Lore stays OFF B2B product/legal surfaces (say "business-critical", never "critical infrastructure").
  • `/embed` is the reference ideal — all product pages built in its likeness (mono-sakura, its polish level, custom sections not generic Landing components).
