Brief
OpenAlice World
The 3D/spatial environment layer. World renders Alice and guest VRM avatars in an interactive 3D space — the visual substrate for live streaming scenes, kiosk experiences, and the upcoming RABBIT HOLE visual identity (Alice's lab/wonderland environment). Supports VRM avatar import, procedural environment composition, and WebGL-based in-browser rendering. No GPU required server-side; rendering runs in the browser or on the operator's machine. World is the component that makes streaming scenes feel like a real set rather than a green-screen — the "hook" for Build-in-Public marketing using the RABBIT HOLE aesthetic.
Audience
Audience — OpenAlice World
Who pays: Same operators as Live — VTubers, AI-streamer studios, interactive installation creators. Who uses: Stream operators building visual environments for Alice; potentially gallery/kiosk installations. Why they care: Makes Alice feel embodied and spatially present rather than a flat chat overlay. VRM avatar support lets operators bring their own character design. The RABBIT HOLE environment is the visual differentiator vs plain green-screen VTubing setups. Where we reach them: VTubing communities, WebGL/Three.js developer circles, interactive media artists.
