OpenAlice Forge
VRM and asset generation tool. Forge enables operators to procedurally generate VRM avatars, apply texture maps, and export to GLTF/VRM for use in World and Live. It is early-stage — the generation pipeline is functional in dev but not yet at launch-readiness for external users. Sits upstream of the Live/World pipeline: Forge makes the character, World places them in a scene, Live streams the scene. NAO's own VRM characters are hand-crafted VRoid exports; Forge is intended to let operators create custom Alice-variant characters without VRoid skill.
Audience
Audience — OpenAlice Forge
Who pays: VTuber operators and studios who need custom character assets without VRoid expertise; enterprise Embed customers who want a custom avatar (not the default Alice). Who uses: Operators configuring a personalised AI persona appearance. Why they care: The default Alice character (Sakura) is beautiful, but brands and VTubers want their own face. Forge lets them create and own a unique character without hiring a 3D artist. Where we reach them: VTubing communities, creative AI tools channels; eventually a Forge-specific landing page.

Not yet finalised. Likely a credit-based or one-time-purchase model for character generation (since character creation is a one-time event, not a recurring subscription).
Draft concept:
- Included generation credits bundled in Live Studio+ and Enterprise Embed tiers.
- Standalone Forge credits for operators who only need asset generation.
